Elle is a dedicated LGBTQ Health Equity Advocate, Educator, and the Founder of TRANCE Consulting L.L.C. As a Black woman of trans experience, Elle brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our mission, and her leadership and advocacy within the community have been nothing short of transformative.

With her extensive background in public speaking, HIV/AIDS prevention, and LGBTQIA health, Elle’s insights will be invaluable as we continue to champion the rights and well-being of the Black queer community in Milwaukee. Her work has earned her national recognition, including the 2023 Woman of the Year Award from the Black Trans Advocacy Coalition and the 2019 Milwaukee Pridefest Individual of the Year Award, among many others.

Elle’s commitment to fostering equity, health, and empowerment aligns perfectly with our vision for Black Pride Milwaukee, Inc., and we are excited to work alongside her in creating lasting impact.
